I had company for dinner Thursday night and spent Friday and Saturday on the couch exhausted and in pain.
I just read some of these other topics and I think if we all stay off the couch and make ourselves move we will feel better.
I am going to try to get out today regardless of the nasty weather and move about. I hope those of you who exercise are right when you say you feel better after moving about. I may not feel better physically but I know I will mentally. I am depressed from staying on the couch the past 2 days and still feeling stiff, achy and not motivated to do anything. I think if I am going to be in pain I may as well stay as active as possible.
The sadness of no activity is making me feel worse then anything else right now.
Thanks for listening!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Keeping our minds busy and not thinking about every ache and pain we have in our body helps all of us 100 percent.
To each of us, a better day!
Same thing goes with Sleep...The More ya Sleep, the More ya wanna Sleep.
And On to a Finally Positive Note...The More ya Move, The Better ya Feel the More Ya WANNA Move...YeaY !!
But it All Takes Time, Patience, Learning to PACE Ones Self..Understanding that After becoming SO Stiff ya Cannot just Go out and walk a Mile.
I Start my Day with Belly Breathing Exercises..Move around a Bit, Then Stretch a Bit..Good Nutrition & Hydration..I Rest when I feel the Need...I Meditate several times thru my day cause we are under Heavy Stresses at this Time..and I want to Keep Stress from Derailing me.
Is OK to Rest, have Quiet days..get a Maintenance Plan together, a Plan that You CAN Do even when In Serious Pain..Like Move awhile, Rest...Move awhile...Rest.. On days when ur Feeling Good do a BIT More..tho Ya Have to Remember to take Life Slower..Always.
If FM Taught me Anything...it was that..Just take things Slow.
Hang in there!
