Love the temperpedic beds but hate the pillows. I rarely can use the same pillows regularly due to the diff areas of pain in the neck area. I have about 7 pillows that I switch out depending on the way my neck feels that night.
Luckily my hubby gives me a back massage almost every day. I feel bad for keep asking him though. What I do to help my stiff muscles in my back is that I lean against a doorway side and push my back into it. This helps gets the knots out and its free lol.
I have to find my heating pad, will have to see if I packed it in the attic. That used to help me a lot.
The gel pillows and mini bead pillows sound like something I would love, thanks to those who mentioned them.
I took a nice hot shower today, mm that was nice.
My feet tend to hurt me quite a bit ( I have flat feet) and what I do is rub the bottom of my feet against something(like the edge of a coffee table or window sill), and I move them up and down. It likes a massage.
Also what helps my feet is those welcome mats that have little nobs in them (an example/similar: http://www.packerland.net/shop/details/floor_mats-anti-fatigue-airflex_fabric_top-83.php) I walk on them with my bare feet and its like heaven!!
I am going to try these to see if they are good for my feet: http://www.harrietcarter.com/apparel_footwear/exercise-slippers/
