Welcome to the Perseid meteor showers, the "biggies" usually every year. (The Leonids beat 'em one year IMHO).AND today much of the northern hemisphere will see 5 to 99% solar eclipse. Thanks for the nice comments about the beasts! Spartacus is a little bigger now...in this pic he is about 10 months and now he is approaching 2 years. He's probably about 7 lbs in the pic but he's wayyy up to right around 10 now.
Tweak was 16 in the pic and is 17 now. He's not doing so well but has lived a long life doing what he wanted to do. Outside all day, inside every night (well, the inside at night was our rule for living with us). Best mouser that we've had and really quite a character. He was named by little Kel after the Southpark character.
