I don't know what the deal is with me and being unable to handle much sodium. As time goes on, it seems that my sensitivity to sodium keeps increasing. I was at Vitamin World this weekend, and found out that sodium can't be taken with effexor. I tried searching on the net for reasons for this or maybe an explanation for why I have to keep decreasing sodium/salt in everything I eat, but didn't get any where. It's gotten to the point that most foods I eat has to be salt free. I can't eat out at most places anymore, and I can't eat TV/frozen dinners either. What tastes normal to others, tastes way too salty to me. Even creamy foods like ranch dressing are now salty. My mom told me my sensitivity to salt is abnormal and need to see the doc. I'm still waiting to see my doc. Hopefully she calls back any day now and tells me I can come in for an appointment. Am I the only one experiencing this? Is there an explanation for this?
