I see a Doctor Tuesday to see if I am a good canadate for a little B.F. Skinner, Pavlou and his dogs and Watson...so lets see if they can shrink this old brain of mine..
Have a good one eveyone enjoy the weekend, thats what there made for?

I was surprised that I fell asleep faster than I thought. The only thing I didn't like was when they used the glue remover to remove the diodes. For most people, it would be just fine..me, I'm super sensitive on my scalp and allergic to formaldehyde.
Definitely take your own pillow! When I had to do an overnighter for an epilepsy study, having my own pillow was all that got me through!
I feel awkward about it.
Anyway, there is a discussion group for sleep apnea here, you can get a lot of info from that board too. The sleep lab techs don't tell you when to go to bed. When I had mine 10 yrs ago, they let me read and watch TV until I was ready to sleep, but the problem is they wake you up about 5:00 AM so you can get ready to be out of there by 6 or so- they are anxious to go home and get some sleep themselves!! Also they didn't have anything there to eat, so if you always eat a snack before you go to sleep, take a snack with you.
Good luck with yours!
Looking forward to hearing the results of yours!
