But the first thing i do is wash my hair and Im usually exhausted already. I take them as hot as I can possible stand them. I don't shave until I can see/feel hair growth. I don't have a b/f or d/h so noone to impress there! lol. I try to be as quick as I can because standing for too long kills me.
Its funny cause I thought I was the only one who had problems taking a shower! Now I know Im not alone!!!!
The end result was chronic gastritis! I'm just saying that, so you'll be careful about the mobic.
Thanksgiving Day I slipped on a cat toy and fell, spraining my left middle finger severely...then the apartment building fire alarm went off with the most horrible sounds replete with a strobe light effect. My neighbors helped me get my ring off my finger and I had to cancel my sleep study for the next night...rescheduled for this coming Saturday to be fitted with a CPAP apparatus. I can hardly wait for Christmas after the Thanksgiving Day fiasco. It honestly was kind of funny....I've got my finger wrapped in ice, fire alarm resounding and my next door neighbor trying to complete her dinner preparations!
Thanks again my for Mobic info!
I am sorry that things are worse and it seems the branch block didn't help. I have no clue what that is either.
I did not know so many of us found showering/bathing exhausting.
I still don't mind the water on me and the water pressure is not very high. but the whole getting undressed, getting in. washing body, lifting arms up to shampoo hair...reaching around to body parts. LOL it is a work out.
and then getting out and drying off, getting dressed and like someone mentioned about the colder weather. I have to dry hair with dryer. that takes effort. I like the summer as I would just let my hair air dry.
It is exhausting. And the day hasn't really begun. I don't like mornings at all.
I sometimes skip days and during the winter I can do that more. I bathe on alternate days.
