I have a dilemma and was wondering if anyone has any advice.
I was prescribed Nortriptyline a few weeks ago for chronic headaches/migraines, although I have Fibro as well. I have been taking B2, Co-Q and Magnesium for 2 months for my migraines and it actually seems to be making them less, so now I do not know if I want to mess with my good luck.
I am still having bad neck/back pain and joint pain/fatigue from the Fibro, so I do not know if the Nortrip will help with this or not. I was not given it for those problems, so I am not sure what to do. I was going to start taking it this Saturday night, so any help would be great. Thanks!

My cat is going on trial for crimes against skink-anity. SIX in six weeks. Three this last week alone.The crack is maybe 1/4 inche wide. Maybe. A key point to remember, is that the longer a chronic pain cycle continues, the harder it becomes to manage or stop. If you don't understand why you were prescribed a particular medication, ask the doctor, your pharmacist or use the Internet.

It also helped with sleep for a few years, but it finally stopped working for that.
The drugs in that class can be helpful for fibromyalgia - like any other med they work some for and not for others. If it just helps your migraines it is well worth it!
