Has anyone tried ribose for the fibromyalgia. I am just learning about it and am wondering if anyone has tried it. I am in the process of reading From Fatigued to Fantastic and I was skimming through some of the book and read about it. I want to try it but I am trying to do some research before I get it. Any info would be helpful.

I have no experience with ribose, so can't help ya there. But I do commend you for diligently researching anything you put into your body. I'm that way too, and I think we have to be if we want to advocate for ourselves.

it is related to dioxyriboneucliacacid It is also a component of ATP, NADH, and several other chemicals that are critical to metabolism.

I have heard good things about using it, but I can't use it because I have hypoglycemia(low blood sugar)

I'm going to give it a try once I get to the health food store.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
