Other than that, I have a benign arrythmia that behaves the way you're describing. I'd call the doc and get it checked - my doc made me come right in the first time it happened because he said usually by the time someone gets to him, it's stopped and he can't see what it was doing.
It's probably nothing but it's also nothing to fool around with - get it checked out.
Today I'm gonna drink drink drink water all day, see if that helps....If not, off to the doc I go....
Thanks for the quick reply, and HUGS from down south :)

It could really not be anything and just what you said before, but if it keeps happening I would write it down and keep track and get it checked :)
take care

Mine also is part panic attack and part chest wall pain. But when you add all of them together you get a very panicky Wonderbaby!!!
I learned this the hard way--drinking large iced teas on Sunday mornings from McD's (followed by a coke refill to go, but you didn't just read that). I don't have caffeine any other time, and it took several weeks to figure out that I was dehydrating myself. I would have palpitations, weakness, light-headedness, all improved with fruit and/or vitamin water or emergen-c.
I also agree with Peace, that you should see your doctor if the pain persists.
Btw, Cajun, I love your avatars:)
Definitely had too much caffeine over the weekend, with no water....I won't repeat that mistake!
Wonder, hope that anxiety eases....
Sandy, glad you like the avis.....LOVE my tigers!
