So ranting is entirely therapeutic -- have at it!
I seemed to either found my fix or I have settled into a calm.
I HAVE to have my activia yogurt each day. HAVE to! I have to stay away from red meats. And I have to have a salad each day.
If I stray away from any of these....I'm right back to where I was before.
I know you've tried so many things hun. But the reason why I'm sharing my story is because I don't want you to give up until you find your solution.
You'd think that they could make comfier toilet seats. And I'm sorry...but even the softest TP isn't soft enough if you ask me.
And yes, I did consider installing a TV in the bathroom. ( I draw the line at the phone in the bathroom though!)

I'll let you know how it works - if it works. It's a bit pricey but if it really helps it will be worth it.
i do stay away from red meet, especially beef! beef is a HUGE problem and causes days of severe pain for me.
i do eat veggies every day and during the summer and fall i was making my own fruit/veggie smoothies every day, too. it's been a little too chilly to make em lately (even though it is Hawaii), and besides, the prices for veggies and fruits has risen quite a bit since then. i'm barely scraping by every month. why is having a healthy diet have to be so expensive??
anyways, wonderbaby, your story sounds s much like mine.
Peace, i have tried so many different probiotics it's not funny. so for sure let me know how that new one does on you!
and who was it that mentioned the yogurt? ...well that stuff costs a heck of a lot of money here. it's over $4 per pack and in some stores i see it up to $6!! i can't afford that added to my ever shrinking grocery list. but yes, that stuff is the bomb! i wish i could regularly get it.
misunshine, you make a good point about the milk....
i eat cheese a lot in my foods but for a while there i had switched my milks to soy and was doing much better. maybe i should go back to that life style.
y'all are awesome here! and the support is always rockin! thanks!
