It is pouring here in North Texas, and just yesterday it was 101 and sunny.. With all the weather changes my joints are KILLING me. I have a menthol sleeve thingy (best 99 cent store find ever) on my wrist, ankle, elbow and I am wrapped up in a cover... I wish somebody would quit doing their rain dance already.

I want a menthol sleeve too. Where did you find that? My joints are killing me. My elbows and wrists and arms have been hurting so bad.

I will say a prayer that it cools off a bit and the rain stops for you for a while. The Barometric pressure has a lot to do with pain and it sucks.

I found them at the .99 cent store. They are AWESOME!!!! I am sure that they have some at like the dollar store. They were only a buck. I was skeptical so I only got one and when I woke up at 5 am with my wrist and elbow hurting, I opened it up and hope it would help a little. Lo and behold, if I didn't go back to sleep til like 9. I was impressed I went back today and bought 15.

Sonya, don't you just love the .99 cent store? Here it's the dollar store; my sister and I always go there for bargains. Something that I have found helpful for pain, but not at the dollar store, is plain old Vicks. It. works wonders!

Oh, I would love a menthol sleeve that would fit over my back, LOL!

I really want my bengay by tonight!

No Bengay body suit, could you imagine in the nether regions.. talk about FEEL the BURN.. LOL.

The rain has quit and now the sun is out and the humidity is through the roof. Pray for me.. I think I'm going to tough it and go walking.. That's right ladies, walking!! lol

I"ve been rubbing Voltaren Gel on ankles, wrists, shins, and it really helps dull the pains. Ask your dr. for a prescription.

I think the rain causes us all to hurt more. I'm even worse in the winter when it sleets.

Vicks does help and aspercreme helps me. The dr gave me a cream that has ibuprofen. But I can't use it am allergic to ibuprofen.
