Then I have thing I have never shared before......when I relax I take time to calm down the brain that seems to help. I do this by intentionally relaxing the center of the brain, once done I literally imagine that I am shutting down the firing of my brain as I have been told it misfires.
When done regularly I notice I am calmer and in less pain....it does take self control to make yourself stop as once you start the do too much routine you are like the ever ready battery who needs to be turned off.

I do appreciate all of you who research, experiment, and let us know what's working.
Whether it's something that will work for each of us, there are so many things that work for some of us, and we might never know of them or think of them without so many people who are willing to share their experience!
Thank you for trying to figure new things out though. Maybe it will help someone.
I actually take 2-3 hot baths or showers a day, every day in order to function. I also sleep with a heated blanket on every night. Heat is one of my my best friends. Heat helps to dilate our blood vessels and increase our blood flow and oxygen to our muscles. I don't know how I'd function without it. Best Wishes to all!
It didn't help me at all. I have tried this before by getting in the hot tub also and I just turned to jelly and couldn't even get out.
Today, I'm seriously nursing my wounded body.
