Another great resource is triggerbook.com. This book had made my life bearable and I don't leave home without it. I use a two-headed percussion massager as it glides easily over clothing and I can hold it for long periods of time without it bothering me.
Feet too, soak them, stick them in someone's lap, get one of those foot fixer things,, something because feet are the mirrors to the fibro world. I know, that sounds strange but I've noticed now and then it's a temporary mind lifter to stick my feet in warm, or cold water or get them massaged.
