One of the people I gave covid to a couple weeks ago is coming back to work this week. She got better but then got an inner ear infection and vertigo so she couldn't come back last week. She says she's still on meds for congestion and feeling very weak, and she asked me to switch a couple days with her for February vacation next week and a vacation next month. Usually we alternate leaving early on Wednesday...is it wrong of me to ask if I can leave early this week if she's also taking next Wednesday off? Her current symptoms may be worse than mine (she has a tendency for exaggerating but I believe she still feels pretty sick), but she works part time and I also still have soul crushing fatigue and working 15 hours less than normal last week knocked me flat this past week. She also has family members who can help with things at home. I have an issue with feeling selfish about asking for things so looking for outside perspective
