oops I took a long nap

I laid down at 8:30 pm tonight I had a headache - I took a pain pill for my ribs and one Tylenol for my headache and got all comfy on the couch with my heating pad. 3 hours later I woke up - this is bad I will be up all night - I am up late usually without a nap. My test today wore me out just the getting there and back as a passenger in the car and I had to have my arms above my head which hurt like hell with the broken ribs and costochondritis - luckily CT scans are quick I couldn't of had my arms above my head much longer. Also, I think I am drained from having to talk to my husband that I am separated from many times this week about issues and he is so unpleasant - to put it nicely. The best Valentines ever - I didn't have to talk to him today.

I wanted to watch some of the Olympics tonight -it looks like they might be replaying it - I wanted to see the mens finals in figure skating.

I hope everyone gets a decent nights sleep.

That happened to me on Wednesday night. After my nap, I was up until 2am. I wish I wouldn't be so tired in the evening. I keep missing some of the Olympics.

I have been falling asleep early a lot lately. I take my meds and it's usually over for me.

Hope you're starting to feel even better!

did this today. got up & took the pup i babysit for a walk then came home & felt just so bla. eyes were tired & layed back in bed not fallin asleep then poof i woke up an hr later. feelin better i think. not sure why i was so tired. so sorry ur in so much pain. yikes cant imagine broken ribs.

oops - I did it again last night watching the Olympics - this time sitting up on the end of the couch that reclines - I never fall asleep that way - only if I am laying down on the couch. Luckily they replay the Olympics late at night.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
