holy cow... that fire was HUGE...

all the neighbors came out with hoses and sprayed it all down... i came out ans sprayed our yard and house down... the fire burned all the way over to the next neiborhood...
my bro went in to the woods w buckets of water and splashed flames bigger than him...
finally the fire dept and police came and got it under control

they are looking for an arsonist that MAY be resposible for setting the fire...

yuck i smell like smoke now and am soking wet....
sonnie is still out there dplashing flames.... i think the people in this neiborhood saved us and our houses.... they had most of the flames that were near by controled even before the fire dept showed up....

how scary was this?? gosh my adrenalin was really going!!!

A few arsonists up here did some big time damage earlier this spring.

Wow that sound so damned scary I pray that they get it put all the way out soon and that they catch to whacko that set it.

I am glad it's out. I hope they catch whoever did this. To many stories everyday about this happening. Prayers still for the North Koreans to get the hell out of our space.

hey everyone!! thanks for being here! i was pretty freaked out to look out side and see flames across the whole back... it spread in seconds!!

i'm trying to get at least ONE of the pics i was able to snap of some of the aftermath on here but it's not loading. i'll keep trying.... peak on here every now and then to see if you see the pic of the charred area... the fire started going over the fence but Sonnie kept pouring water on it, so it got put out right there at the fence. weeewwhhhhh!!!

ok i was able to get one of the pics up.... this is the aftermath of the fire... you can see the fence line where it started crossing over and Sonnie (my bro in the pic) was putting it out with buckets of water while the rest of us hosed down the yard and house.... gosh it came up to right there!! just under 20 yards from the house it's self....

the area that was burned is much larger than what's shown here in the pic, but i don't have a wide angle camera and DS only comes in vertical upright framing here...

anyways... i will try to post the rest on my profile pictures. you can check em there if you're curious....

So glad everything and everyone is all safe. How bloody scary for you all. Fingers crossed they catch whoever started this. Stay safe.
