I'm 33 years old and I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. For the longest time I've dealt with constant body pain, excusing it as pulled muscles or over exerting myself. But the pain kept coming back to the point when otcs didn't calm it. Soon I became depressed and moody from the lack of sleep, I'm normally a bubbly person. My doctor prescribed me muscle relaxers to take at night and it doesn't really help except make me into a zombie the next say. what does everyone else take? Any useful tips to help deal with the pain?

404 not foundCSRF token invalid404 not foundI'll be in another room finding my sanity. Just as an FYI, it was a good check-in aout linguistic weirdness, IMO.PUMA POWER

I even have been able to exercise again and lose some of weigh that I had gained. One other thing that has helped tremendously is getting better quality and quantity sleep. I think having the extra pain means we get to OR NEED to sleep longer. If I don't get it at night, I definitely grab a cat nap at some point during the day to make up for the loss.
I try to eat really healthy foods too. Meaning no sugar, high fatty fast foods, or processed foods. All that works for me to keep the horrible pain away.
I hope you find what will work for you. Try to be patient with your body as you discover what does help you feel better. It is a journey and it takes time, so enjoy the ride. All my best to you! :-)
Meds: I take trazodone 25 mg every night to fall/stay asleep.
Pain: baclofen 10 mg and methadone 5 mg once a day in the late afternoon as the pain worsens. Hope you find your own cocktail that usually works for you.
Good luck!
