I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Originally thought RA, then possible Lyme disease (I think everyone here knows the drill). New symptom - neck was hurting and shoulder for 2 weeks. Now the muscle in the back of my shoulder above the shoulder blade feels funny. It was like a rolling muscle thing yesterday (hard to describe). Not a spasm really but anyway - today it feels partially numb. I can feel my shirt touch it - not painful just a different sensation. Anybody ever had something like this??

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

I went thru the diagnosis roulette as well and am still going thru it.Today I was told they r thinking lupus.so yeah I hear you on that one.hope u feel better!
