Hi Ladies and Gentlemen,
It dropped from 100 degrees out to 60 here in two days and my body is buzzing with a kind of pain that makes you panic. Is anyone else suffering from an extreme flare up right now? I can barely think. Ouch, I want it to stop just for a minute so I can breathe. xo

Many people with Fibromyalgia are extremely sensitive to barometric pressure. We have dropped about 40 degrees here since late last week. I’m very stiff and extremely achy. Self care includes my heating pad, muscle rubs, hot shower and rest. I hope that you get some relief soon. Take care.

I'm a walking barometer. Pressure changes (which usually accompany big temp changes) knock me flat. Heat, rest, fluids, like flu in the muscles is how I treat it. Healing hopes

Do you ever wonder what it would be like to just not have this condition?? I mean have the weather be about what to wear and nothing else? I'm shooting for that...I am going to figure this thing out if it is the last thing I do :) xoxo

I try not to see the weather report so I am not influenced by what is coming. We have a hurricane heading just south of us here on the East Coast and I think that might be why my legs feel like they are going to burst. Can't even stand to have yoga pants on, have to wear a skirt today...jeepers. xo

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
