I have stabilized my symptoms at least; although I do feel like I am dying inside....you got that one right WB. It's not a fatigue that is like fibromyalgia or post exertional malaise, it's feeling flat....we've all been there so I know you get it. It's just that I usually used to only feel this exhausted after overdoing it. Now it's just all the time and no amount of sleep helps. Although I have been working less and that has helped with my stress level.
Something else that has come up that I may write on another topic, I am feeling overwhelmingly depressed. It has been building, I've been ignoring it, which makes it worse when i am not distracted with work or other stressors like taxes, finances, health, gee, what else do we all deal with ugh. I think the thing I am hanging onto is that I am hoping and praying I get approved for part time disability pay through work. My case manager has been so nice that she hasn't asked me for a thing but the financials. She got everything herself through the disability people and doctors. I am hoping she is actually going to approve it as that would allow me to have enough money every month since I lost a huge income source early in the year. So, say a prayer it gets approved and quickly so I can have some birthday money. I am really struggling right now. I don't even have money to uber to the doctor and there are no ride services giving rides to someone below age 65 or that doesn't have cancer. My patient advocate gave me every available resource and I have called them all, so I am feeling reall really down right now. Thanks all xoxo JP

O may have mentioned how disconnected I have been feeling. Though amitrypitiline is helping still, no diagnosis, that hopeless feeling lingers. I am also withput health insuranxe right now until i can take care of some things. Luckily i have fpund some short term fixes for medication but it prolongs me finding a new gastro doc. None of them take the state only hmo so I am searching for a solution. Any ideas, I'm open. Well that's it for now, just wanted to say thanks a bunch.
The good news, I suppose, through trial and error, is that by cutting out dairy and gluten and adding very high dose live probiotics, I am getting better some to the point at least no black stuff coming out. Sorry girls, it's gross, I know. Tomorrow I am going to try the prednisone taper that my new family doc had prescribed. I'll see if that helps. If it doesn't, I know I'm really screwed! And then back to find new doc. I still strongly believe I have some kind of inflammatory disease because I am bla b27 positive and at one time had horrific plaque psoriasis. I believe there is a link between my symptoms whether it be this ulcer thing or whatnot. I've had problems my whole life, it's just that it has gotten way worse these last couple years.
Thanks again. Feel free to p.m. me with any ideas. Much live and appreciation for y'all!!!! Xoxo Jp
