I was wondering what supplements folks take that they feel give them some measure of relief. I am wondering if there's a preponderance of any one or two and also, I am trying to put together a plan of action, adding what I can when I can afford to. Another thing I wonder about is how they work synergistically... which to take WITH each other and which to keep separate?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I've also had D3, which did bring my level up to the preferred range and haven't been put back on it.
I take MSM, Fish Oil capsules, Milk thistle for my liver, and a girl who works at the health food store told me that the Vitamin B complex I was taking doesn't work as well as taking a brand with a coenzyme so I take some by Country Life.
She said your body has to go find the enzyme to help make it work and if you are difficient in that, it won't help as much and this makes it more effective.
I also take sublingual B-12 lately. It gives me a little energy.
I also use EmergenC.
I take D3 as well.
I also take Adrenal Health by Gaia Herbs.
I've been pretty sick so I can't say how well all these are working but I thought I was starting to feel a little better before I got the flu.
