I hope you have a nice nap and can enjoy your son later. Take care and be kind to yourself.
Good for you for using what ever tools you have at your disposal.
And please keep up your cycle of resting and then inching your way forward.
Fibro isn't supposed to be fun, but it is our life and we do our best to still find fulfillment in this life. How wonderful that you have a little one, even if it creates more work.
You are on the right track, just keep on... Have you also read stuff on organizing tasks so they don't take as much energy to perform? There have been several long posts here filled w/ hints about easier ways to complete things.
Thank you for posting, we are all entitled to our times of frustration.
PS: The exhaustion isn't always related to the activity we have performed, sometimes its just there.
May the Lord Lay his healing touch on you.

Good luck with everything, I hope you find ways to manage. I struggle, too. And I'm still trying to find ways for those that live with me to pitch in and clean up.
letitbe3, when you said that exhaustion isn't always related to the activity we've done and sometimes it's just that way, that totally blew my mind. I guess I was hoping to, I don't know, make it go away or something. But it is is so true!
blueson, I don't have any family members that can help except of course my husband. But he works too and I don't ask him for help. The weird thing is I clean my parents' house every week in under 2 hours. It's hard for me sometimes but I push myself to do it. My dad is on disability from a back injury and he has RA and my mom works and has medical issues as well. I just feel that this is the least I can do for them after raising my sisters and I. One of my sisters works 50 hours plus and my other sister lives 8 hours away and is also dealing with RA.
