So sorry you feel icky and alone honey. I don't know which is worse. But you are not alone, not here =) And I am happy you are here. As the other ladies said, YEP, we do feel what you feel. For me, it has gotten to the point that if I sit, stand, lay, anything for more than 10-15 minutes I get a red inflamed spot, and yes, tingling, pins and needles, and numbness for me for sometimes 2 hours or more...just for a few minutes time. This does not happen all the time, just when "IT" feels like it.
Hugs to you and i hope you vent more about how you feel,
Eva

I also live with a pair of inexpensive gloves with the fingertips cut out on my hands all the time... and keep a pair of warm fuzzy slippers and a space heater under my desk. I make look silly, but it's better than being miserable!
In regards to your question of low blood pressure and a possible link to the tingling...I have always had a very low BP, but I am in no way sure that there is a link.
Hope this helps!
I have low blood pressure or at least I did until I started taking baking soda to balance the ph in my blood. The salt raised my bp to 110 over 70. It was 90 over 60 before. And I feel a lot better. I tried the oxygen thing but it didn't work for me. I agree too about keeping moving. I also agree about inactivity. But with cats I can't be inactive so they are my fitness coaches.
Thanks for the post.
I'm glad you enjoyed your outside time, thats important to remember the good times. Hope you have lots of them! :)
