Right before I was diagnosed with Fibro I noticed that I had muscle tremors at night when i'm in bed. I'm the only person that can feel them, at it's only when i'm in a relaxed state either lying down or sitting down. Does anyone else experience this or know what it means?

I get them too and mostly feel them when lying down. No answers from any doc though.

I'm not sure. What does it feel like exactly? Like tiny muscle twitches or like "crawling" sensations? I would imagine your dr would have suggested "Restless Leg Syndrome" if they thought your symptoms were related to it. Maybe someone else might have an idea about this. But I do know many of us here have said that they have muscle twitch feelings and crawling sensations from RLS. Hope you get some answers! :o)

I do have RLS, I have that creepy crawly feeling all over my body, but this is different. My muscles tremble like shaking, like say you have over worked them and they have a shaky feeling that's what they feel like. It wakes me up at night sometimes, but it's not the same feeling as RLS.

I get tremors in my body from just something I notice to full blown shaking mostly in my arms and legs. I was told that it was part of Fibro and was my bodys way of trying to settle down. For me, they thought that it was something to do with adrenline. Because I tend to push through the pain and overdue it I produce adernaline to get through it so than when I am finally taking it easy my body is trying to get rid of it and I end up with shakes. Another doctor told me it could be because of the pain and the muscles are responding to it.

Tiff that's good to know, because when I mention it to my doctor he acts like I didn't say anything and just keeps talking. I wish people didn't think I was complaining all the time, but I don't think they really understand what Fibro does to your body.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
