Hello, I'm new to the group and I know this question has come up before. But I started taking melatonin for sleep but I need help. Currently, I take Klonopin, but I'm running out and due to new insurance, I can not afford to see a doc to get my prescription refilled, so I thought I'd try melatonin. My problem is the night I took 5 mg and didn't sleep well at all, when I did fall asleep, I had weird dreams. So last night I took 7.5 mg, hoping I would at least sleep thru, and no. Don't know how many times I woke up, but again when I did fall asleep, vivid weird dreams!! I even dreamt that I was half asleep waiting for my husband to get up and get ready for work, this was at the same time that he normally would wake up to get ready for work!! The only way I know I was dreaming this is in my dream I heard my dogs barking, and they were in our room sleeping, not barking. Anyway, I don't know if I should take a higher dosage, lower dosage, and not at all?? Has anyone had this dreaming problem? and what did you do? Any info on this would be very helpful.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
