Can't say much from experience.

But I will say this. It's used for cancer patients, glaucoma patients, and now it's being tested (through edible forms) for kids with autism.

If that doesn't show everyone how safe it is, I don't know what will.

I live in michigan and have a medical marijuana card. Although I was never too fond of it, it has helped in a pinch. I prefer the edibles but have smoked it thru a vaporizer(safest way). It does help with pain and when it doesnt work on the pain so much, it does take my mind of it. Still prefer pain meds though. Hope this helps. Hugs

Have a friend in a legal state who uses nothing else and does well. Helps her sleep as well as pain.

Yes, I have used it, even though it is not legal here, I was desperate for help. It did help, for the first time I was able to get up and complete a task. After awhile, I felt like I was just acting stupid, plus I was paranoid, because it was not legal.

My daughter, well both of them, also have fibro and I have one that is using this to continue working and it is working wonderfully for her.

I went on morphine, and honestly, I'd rather be using marijuana that didn't have such serious side effects on the rest of my body, but I'll wait for it to be legal.

Smoked marijuana when I was (much) younger, illegally, and really liked it lol. Then didn't smoke any for about 30 years.
A friend suggested I try some for the fibro...found out very quickly that it causes me much worse discomfort actually. I didn't have paranoia.
A friend of my son's used it for back pain for about 10 years, then he tried some of the synthetic stuff. After that he started getting panic attacks from regular MJ & had to quit.
If you can get it medically (& legally) it is worth a try I think...we all react differently to different treatments.

Yes i live in canada where its legal with a licience .I have my licience so i can grow if i want or just purchase from the goverment.It does work but everyone is different.Expecially when it comes to setiva's indica's or crosses .I find the Indica's work best for me along with the crosses.I find the setiva's to much I end up with more nerve pain .Hope this helps.Sleepless

i don't live in a state that's it's legal :( dk if it ever will but i do use it and yes it does help wit the pain if you get the right kind some effects me just my head and the other works on my whole body just not a numbin' type feelin' either actually feelin' better ....... i have heard it effects everyone different just like meds and even alcohol does..... hope you find some relief anyway you can find it we are happier if we are in less pain anyway i am......

my familly keeps pushing me to try and it is legal here but the last time i tried it it just kindof made me stuck and paranoid, not sure if i used the wrong kind. dont know much about all the different kinds and what the do

I live in Colorado and use medical marijuana every day. I prefer to eat it over smoke it for body pain. It also helps with stress, sleep, and anxiety. Bottom line is that it has worked for me for many years. It doesn't take the pain completely away (nothin does) but helps me!!!

My state just passed it - now legal in Wa. state. I don't know if I will try it. I will wait and see what happens when they open up a shop around here.

I was dead set against not using it, for 2 years my pain clinic suggested it. In desperation I finally caved and tried it..... To my amazement it worked instantly. I now smoke a pipe now and again when the pain is so severe I can't stand up.

I used to have my MMC, and when it ran out policies had changed ay my doctors office and I couldn't get it renewed. I'm on pain meds now and they work on regular days when the weather is good, but on higher pain days, or when I'm on night five of not sleeping, I really really miss marijuana. The flip side was this for me, I felt pretty stupid all day and it did nothing good for the fog!

Don't know if it is legal here or not, we just use catnip instead - same anti-nauseal, muscle relaxant and painkilling properties without the fuzzy head or potential legal consequences. We usually use it when we either can't use Vicodin (detox, etc.) or when Vicodin isn't working. Usually in tea, smoke it if it's acute symptoms.
