Thank you for the info about malic acid, I do have a b12 tablet I dissolve under my tongue. Plus other supplements. I spread them out during the day and that helps with absorption since the stomach can only absorb so much at a given time.
I'd suggest starting out slow with it, say the smallest amount, then work up. It tends to have a laxative effect at high dosages. I take 500 mg. at night.
I tried a supplement with mag./malic acid, and there was a side effect for me (can't remember what it was), so I quit the malic acid.
Good luck!
Slightly Faster "Then Normal" Resting Heart Rate..
Feeling Off Center
Increased PVCs (Heart Flutters)
Feeling Slightly Dehydrated..
Is Very Easy for Electrolytes to get Slightly Off Balance if You Suffer at All from IBS-C or D...Anxiety is a Huge Factor in IBS.
Make Sure to Not Just Hydrate with Plain Water...If You are at all Low in Electrolytes, this will Actually Dilute them further..I have made That Mistake...If I am Feeling off, I Drink a 32 Ounce Jug of Advanced Electrolytes Powerade...Or Pour a Tsp. of Salt into a Jug of 100 % Apple Juice...Shake it well...sip on it thru the Day.
Mag. Sups Can Also Interfere with some Medications..Here is a Site I Looked at that will give you some Info on that.
