I'm sure some people have heard of maca...it's a root vegetable from the Andes that supposedly helps with things like muscle pain, fatigue, stamina and a host of other ailments. My question is, has anyone tried it, and what were the effects you noticed (good and bad)? Normally I don't do the whole supplement thing, but where this is a vegetable that's actually meant to be eaten and not a medication, I figured it would be safe to try.

Im ready to start...
