i was just prescribed lyrica, and limbitrol, i was wondering if anyone else has taken these and are there any bad side effects, and were they helpful.

I've been taking Lyrica for a couple of years now and it's worked wonders for my Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Can't really say it's affected my Fibro pain levels... there's always too much of everything hurting.

Lyrica is wonderful. Be sure you are taking enough. I noticed no difference until I was taking 300mg a day. Some people need more. It really helps with the pain. I get spacey about an hour after I take it, so I get physically busy. I have gained weight, but I would rather be fat than in constant pain. And I could walk more.

I have had no side effects from the Lyrica. I have seen that some have listed that they gained weight. I may have although I have been on a diet and have been able to lose. I wouldn't be suprised if someday they find that something we have been exposed to causes it. I have a twin sister and she doesn't have it although, my mother does.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
