It is important to take it in the morning else it will interfere with sleep. It is also important to start with a low dose (I think also for sleep reasons) and the doctor told me that it would take three months to kick in fully, but I think she meant with regards to the immune system because the effect on energy is enough that I noticed it right away. Though iI DO NOT feel wired or anything like that.
The only side effect that has been documented (other than sleeplessness if you take too much or take it at night) is that people are more likely to remember their dreams. True, most mornings I have fleeting memories of dreams and a couple of times I have had vivid memories. The dreams have been nice. No nightmares.
Even if I get nothing else from this, the increased energy is worthwhile for me. I REALLY hope that it will stop my bladder infections so that I can go back to swimming and/or aqua therapy. It, if that works, it will take a couple more months.
Outside smile, did you take it in the morning, and a very small dose?
