I know I read a thread once about this but my fogged brain can't remember what was said.
I get leg cramps and pain lying down. All I know is that it is not from my cholesterol med, or from too much activity, or from not enough activity.
Ideas, anyone? Thanks.

happen mainly while I'm sleeping. They wake me up and the only thing I can do is stand up ASAP,
put my weight on my feet, stretch and bounce around and then keep walking to get them to subside. ( I know all that may sound strange) . I also take magnesium before sleep which
definitely helps I'm someone who also has Lyme and that can effect your muscles etc. So I
never know what is causing what. I've had this for some 20 years. Next week I will see a heart
doctor so it may be related to my circulation. Good luck with yours. I'm sure the knee pillow will
help.
(and leg cramps...I get them sometimes, from muscle knots / trigger points...when I calm them down with trigger point massage the cramp settles down. it's quite remarkable.)
