So I am fairly new to this and I have been doing it woth out the help of meds. I am hoping someone here can give me some helpful tips.
The other night I had fell asleep and I was sleeping fairly well, then my legs both of them got huge charlie horses in them. Right in my calves. I woke up screaming. I jumped up even though I was in pain and walked them out. Both legs were sore all day the next day but I kept moving around.
So what can I do to help not get them so bad. I have taken up doing some light stretches in my legs at night and eating a banana with warm milk before bedtime. Can anyone else give me some tips?

You might try increasing your calcium and magnesium intake and see if that helps calm your muscles down.

I used to get this often when I would serve and be on my feet for 10 hours. Bananas helped a lot and so does tonic water.

I have a couple of senior clients and they used to get charlie horses alot. They a small glass of tonic water everyday keeps them at bay but if they happen to get one even with the tonic water they said to walk on a cold floor and it pulls the charlie horse out quicker. I just use banana's. Good luck and I will keep my eye on this post to see what others come up with.

I know a person who keeps a bag of rasins besides their bed and when they get the leg cramps they eat some and it helps.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
