Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
Listen to your body. Back off to the level where it didn't put you in a flare. Stay there until it feels almost two easy. Then maybe you can try increasing again.
The most important thing is to listen to your body and trust your own instincts. If you try to compare with others you'll just be frustrated. We're all different. Do what works for you.
I used to run. With FM, I walk. And be aware of yoru gear. One lousy pair of jogging shoes can screw up your ankles, knees, lower back, you name it. (I once bought cheaper exercise shoes. Never again.)
