I am just curious, are any of you currently on IV Glutathione, or been on it previously? I am on it for both CFS and fibro.

This is not a treatment that any of my doctors offer. How are you doing on it?

I do excellent on the treatments. There are no side effects. The amount of energy and decreased pain after the IV is wonderful. I can be having difficulty walking, dragging one leg, and after 1 treatment I am back to walking normal. It also decreases my brain fog. To me, it is so important as the treatments allow me to have an improved quality of life.

never heard of it. Keep us posted. Sounds great if there is no side effects. Will try anything to help the pain and fog.

I've been curious about it as I now take Intermuscular injections. Where do you go to get an IV for Glutathione?

Yes I have had glutathione before. I used to get weekly IV treatments prescribed by my physician. The IVS that I received had various supplements, vitamins, amino acids etc. Some of the ingredients were: glutathione, d-ribose, vitamin b, vitamin C, magnesium, lidocaine, l-carnitine etc. These weekly IV's were instrumental in helping me to manage my fibro. They really helped to increase my energy. I was also put on an oral dose of D-ribose, l-carnitine and coq10 at the same time. I still take the carnitine, d-ribose and coq10 daily even though I no longer receive the IV's. My doctor is an internal medicine doctor who practices integrative medicine. Intergrative medicine gives you treatment from conventional and alternative medicine. Best Wishes to you.

Before using this IV Glutathione, check with your doctor about allergic reactions to MSG. Glutathione is from family group of MSG.

I first started on IM Glutathione and ATP in 2001 by my internal med Dr. who has devoted her care to CFS, Fibro, and AIDS. The injections worked until 2005. At that time she started me on IV Glutathione once a week at her infusion center. In 2008 I was diagnosed with CVID. I had a central line port, power port, placed and was started on IV Gamma Globulin. Currently I receive the IV Glutathione, IV Gamma Globulin at home thru an infusion company. I really enjoy having all my IV's done in my own comfort of my home. This has allowed me to have independence in my care. I know my Dr continues to have her infusion center for IV Glutathione, IV Gamma Globulin, and IV Vitamin complex. I usually have the IV Vitamin complex about every 3 weeks. The Glutathione has helped my CFS and Fibro greatly. I have chosen to have a Dr that combines conventional and alternative treatments.
