I can honestly say that I could go to the chiropractor every other day, and still continue to have ribs and vertebrae/pelvis come out of place. I have never suffered a severe injury that would be causing this to happen, I've had an MRI and multiple xrays yet MDs always say the vertebrae spacing is great and my disks are fine...thus I have no explanation for the cause of everything going out of place...The worst one I have slip out is 3 rib on Left side, which I usually feel as a stabbing pain under my shoulder blade that gets worse w/ reaching forward, bending, typing, lifting (pretty much everything I do). It makes my sternal area tender and sometimes causing chest pain or shortness of breath. Massage doesn't help maintain the muscle structure, as well as stretching and strength training. I am running out of treatment options at this point, and being on 25 y.o. this is really frustrating for me to have to keep putting up with this. Does anyone else have this stuff happen to them? I wonder if this is something that's being missed by MDs or if it's just something my FMS is exacerbating symptoms of and I should just live with it!!!!

I know EXACTLY what you mean!! I have felt all alone, as well. I have had FMS for the past 18 years. I am now 31. It seems that a lot of FMS patients, myself included, have loose ligaments. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend strengthening your core. I did this thru Physical Therapy. It hasn't cured my pain, but it has helped substantially and my chiropractic adjustments last a little bit longer. Conditioning and strengthening your muscles has the potential to really help you. I also suggest looking in Prolotherapy. Best Wishes!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
