Walking is great. If you could start out with 60 minutes of walking that's wonderful.
A lot of people need to start out much slower than that and slowly build up to 60 minutes. Some may never reach 60 minutes.
If you find yourself feeling more tired or missing work, consider starting slower.
I'm really glad you're feeling less stiff. Take care of that desk job.
Those of us who can still worked are lucky. FMS has taken that away from too many of us.
We are all different and find that we all have our own way of dealing with the FMS so if this works for you, keep it up! And let us know how it works for you.
Gentle hugs...

I ride a bicycle (electric so I don't get stuck somewhere if I get tired), and I have a recumbent bike at home, as well as an eliptical machine and a bowflex. I'm just getting back to using the equipment, but I'm excited about doing something that will help my overall health. There was a time when I thought I'd never be able to do that again.
Today I started walking again a little more since I slacked off for some time. My leg got cramping up, so I thought tomorrow try again.
We have to try or fibro wins and we get worse.
Thanks for reminding me to keep walking and dont give up trying to get better.
