I am so sorry your in the confusement loop. I hate that part of this.
I have ended up with two different appt. with two different Rheumatologist. One in Sept. and one in Oct. lol I am kind of thinking of going to both appt. if that is allowed. Will need to ask my Dr. on Friday.
Seeing her about my psoriasis. It is in a bad state right now.
And if sleep is all we needed to be better then I would be great. Normally I sleep all the time. lol Can't take med. so sleep is what I do when pain get too much for me.
And I do exercise daily for 30 to 60 min. a day normally, I am feeling better over all, but the pain it brings on is out of this world. Why can't others just get it, we are not like the healthy ones that can exercise and feel great after wards, the Dr. think this will give me more energy, and maybe over all I feel better, but after exercising, I am sore, and boy I mean sore.
I need to nap after wards most days, 20 min. usually will help be get beyond the sever pain, and it's will only be a dull ache.
Hmmm, trial and error, that is the way I do things, then move on to something different.
I hope you find some one that will be able to help you find a good balance.
Gentle hugs, Sherrall
LMAO....thanks for the laugh!!
you're not gonna see that doc again are you? that's just nuts.
I was told to exersise and sleep OH and loose weight!!!! I can't sleep so that is out, and I chase 2 kids around all day clean etc There is my exersise, Nope I am still in pain! Yet I intend on getting on that exersise bike that is collecting dust, but I loose interest when I am so stiff and in pain! SO I am still FAT. But those are not cures there is no cure I pretty much told my last do where and how to shove it!
