I have been keeping you in my prayers as I know from your posts that you certainly have had a lot to deal with and financial issues only add fuel to the fire.
I was doing fairly well for the Thanksgiving holiday, also and the last few days have been flairing. I was so hoping to get my tree up today...but, this can wait.
It is ok to vent...i just had a very good friend tell me this...she has Fibro also and keeps me sane. :) We need support!
I just want you to know I think of you and keep you on my prayer list and I know how frustrating the system can be.
I still get so sad thinking I had to go thru all my retirement b/4 finally getting SSDI. You will get there...it is a process...not fair...but, stay committed to it and it will happen for you. Hang in there and i hope you feel better soon! Big hugs and prayers. Love~Tory
i just tell myself everyday that i'm happy for my family and that things could be worse. it keeps me going.
also with all the meds i'm on a side effects and then add the fatigue and fibro fog i can't remember if i injured myself, where i put my keys, if i already asked my step kid to put away his laudry and got my 2 year old his glass of water that he was asking for a half hr ago LOL! i'm a mess!
then i have my good days where i can almost get my house presentable.
I have to write everything down or i forget it. sometimes i call the same friend twice in a row cause i forgot i just called her!
you poor thing, i feel you , i really do.
i'm sorry i don't have much advice, i just wanted to let you know your not alone!
That was not long at all!!! I have been in bed most the day! Thanksgiving, I did a little shopping only 2 stores, the second one I needed the walker for. And I can't tell you what two stores I went to...I would say LOL, but it's not funny. I feel sad about it. I didn't have the energy to make any meals today. So, your recliner sounds inviting :) I was in my bed the first half of the day and am now in my recliner only because my son just got out of the hospital and I don't want him on the couch alone. I agree with Tory that things will work out for you with SSDI and finances - I won't even go there...the 2 shoe express will not work for me though. Another LOL...but $220k plus in medical expenses leaves you pretty broke...or I should say bankrupt.
It really stinks working hard your whole life and being stripped of your most basic needs, um, like your senses : \ O....that was a big hug for you =] and I will keep praying that the day comes why we are all relieved of our suffering,
I keep thinking that I am going to pack my bags and move to AZ where the weather is much kinder to my body. But, I am willing to do whatever the good Lord has in store for me.
HUGE hugs TW and keep on keepin on!

This illness is the pits. For alot of us it's impossible to work and for me like alot of others I had to watch my savings get eaten up by medical bills.
It's hard to go from being healthy and being able to support yourself. To being sick and not knowing how your going to pay the bills.
I manage to keep my spirts up most of the time but there are days I want to just throw in the towel but I just hang in there and I get that fighting spirit back. It's just one of those illnesses that has alot of ups and downs and the world keeps going with you or without you.
Sorry I'm kind of in a down slump today but tomorrow will be better.
Sending Hugs & Prayers that things get better for you soon.
