Love the west. price website..
A little nervous to add RAW milk into my diet though. Even though there are SO many benefits, I am not brave enough to take that
leap.
Here is another mazing website: earthclinic.com
Trying to make changes one at a time:
added iodine (2 drops)
ordering kefir grains to make my own...
added b12 and other supplements
quit coffee
drinking green smoothies....
eating fermented foods....
Just haven't noticed changes yet, and waiting patiently...
something has to click!! LOL
I tried to buy it "raw" from a farmer and he told me even he can't drink his milk that way. Government reg. He agreed with me that, pasterized milk is harder to digest. He also agreed that having sugar and protein with pasterized milk helps break it down. Peanut butter, is great for helping break down the milk enzymes to enable you to digest them. Don't know why, that is what works for me and him too.
Strange we were total strangers but had both discovered on our own this little trick to digest it.
I spent 4 hours in the grocery store trying to buy healthy chemical free foods...they put crap in everything!! I couldn't beleive some of the stuff that they needlessly put chemicals in and what it was they put it them! British imports, cookies and stuff, have much less preservatives. Different laws there.
I grow my own veggies in the summer and buy off of local farmers (small farms I find are less likely to use chemicals and modified seeds)
When we had our farm, we raised our own livestock and brought them to the butcher, I jsut sold my farm I had a few years ago but often go up to the butcher I used to use to get what I call clean meats.
I totally agree, between what we breath in, consume and bath in...it isn't a wonder we feel like crap.
