I am in so much pain today.. my left hip, my right shoulder blade, my left leg, both of my ankles, my neck, my arms, my lower back, my feet... guys I'm close to going to urgent care because I'm in so much pain. I've been basically crawling to the bathroom and back to the couch all day. I can't focus on anything that normally helps me relax, I can't even hold my head up. I've been eating wheat thins all day cause that's the only thing I was able to grab from the kitchen. When I stand up I get dizzy and start seeing black spots, the pain is making me nauseous...
I don't have anything but over the counter stuff for pain.
I'm so scared that this is going to be my life. I don't know what to do..

Dixie peed on the floor.Good morning to me.***Meanwhile, in world events: In 1356, The Black Prince, who would have been Edward III of ENgland had he not dropped dead and thus accidentally set off the dynastic resenments known as the Wars of the Roses ... Why can't Ebnglish history be easy? ... captured the French King in the battle of Poitiers. This then helped kick off the Hundred Years War...

Happy Happy Birthday to an absolutely fabulous guy!!I hope that you have an absolutely fabulous day of celebrating you my friend!!..xo

If things become too unbearable, don't hesitate to see a doctor. I'm not sure what relief the ER can give but I'm sure they'll do something. Gentle hugs and remember we're all here for you.
I'll keep you in my prayers for some relief
Hugs <3
What works for some of us doesnt work for all . Sounds like a bad flare. Have you had a bad flare like this before? When I have a bad flare I basically check out for a few days or so. Lots of rest and I get up at least once an hour and walk around the house and do some gentle stretching. Along with moving ice packs from one spot to another. Make sure to drink good fluids and try to eat more if you can. Maybe an as needed nausea med would help if its your normal to get nausea with high pain levels.
I hope you feel better soon. Hugs.
