I agree with Katie. If you can get to the ER that would be ideal.
If not can you call 911 or have someone take you? I know you are concerned about your Cat but you have to take care of yourself.
Maybe you can leave the cat with your Vet? I am sure that they would help you. People are very kind if you reach out and ask for help.

If nothing else, find some way to get your blood work done. Ask someone to drive you. Doctors generally need to see your blood work to know what to do. ERs, if they don't admit you, just do cursory blood work, so you will end up needing to get the blood work the doctor ordered anyway. Something might show up in the blood work that would suggest more treatment than LDN. If that is the case, it could also help you feel much better.

LDN works slowly, so don't expect anything dramatic right away.

Immodium might at least get you to the lab (but you should take it at least 6 hours after the LDN). If you are very, very sick then, think about the ER. ERs tend to frustrate me since they just seem to get you well enough to get out the door, and they won't order the same tests your doctor is likely ordering. If you are sick enough to be admitted that is a different story.

Its normallly low 90/60. He said from pain.God forbid they bring pain meds back(here at least)I will wait till tommorow.I know it sounds crazy with my cat,but i never had children.They were my children,and we lost my man new yrs eve.to brain cancer,then her sister(other cat) got sick and had to put her to sleep couple months ago.I need her as much as she needs me now.I'l have to figure way to get blood,then Dr. will be better able to help i guess.

It also could have been high being nervous going to a new Dr too. That is called White Coat Syndrome. Google it and read about it.

Ann-i just remebered you r on low dose naltrexrone.How long before it starts to help?Has anyone had this With IBS.Like i said until recently it really didnt effect me much.My fibro has just gotten soo bad soo quick.I used to get some sleep from ambien.Now thats not working.It all does make me think the flare got started from STRESS and i still have alot of STREss,but i was sort of trying to handle one thing at a time but i guess im overwhelmed.Thanks again everyone.I really need support

I think I've been taking LDN for five months or so. It hasn't worked as well for pain as I wished, but I was having a lot of neurological-type issues like brain fog, weakness in my legs, neuropathic pain (scaitica and a similar pain in my arms) and these things are slowly getting better. It is also supposed to help fibro patients with mood, but it doesn't help everyone. I think you have to give it time to see how it works.

Stress can definitely trigger these kind of things, but it is also works the other way. if you feel miserable, that is stressful! Maybe you can take a warm bath and do whatever helps you de-stress. Hopefully, the tests you are going to have will lead to effective treatment.

I don't know about with LDN helps people with IBS, but I wouldn't be surprised. There are a lot of conditions that it seems to help people with.

Pepto bismol can also help with the diarrhea temporarily.

So sorry to hear this! Definitely try a nonDairy diet and Align probiotics I recommend aAlign because my gastroenterologist says that it is the only one that has been submitted to FDA testing. So they do have the number of cultures they claim to have.

Please let us know how you're doing - the only thing that ever helped my IBS is a good quality probiotic.

I agree with the thought that you need a full workup by a gastro - I don't know how much weight you've lost but 90 lbs would be a pretty scary weight for most people.
