Seriously, I think that I've had pain as long as I can recall. It got worse through out the past 20 years and I lived the past 5 or more, in bed. Just a few days a month out, maybe 5, at most 7 days.
I pray that all will find something that works as well as my new meds are working for me. I got my whole Life back and some health issues are better than I've ever known, such as waking up fresh for the first time ever.
AND YES it was/is MOST HORRID just before my period!!!! I told docs that for years and years and years and NOBODY listened! They all said I was NUTS!
However, cymbalta has changed my life and taken away about 80-90% of my pain, and I pray for that for you all! But even with most of my pain gone, I still notice I am the teensiest bit stiff in the mornings and the week before my period,,,,,just enough to make me uncomfortable.
I am so stiff I feel like the "tin man" that needs to be oiled. LOL
Night-time is horrible too cause I am so tired it hurts to move. UGH!
So you are not alone. I will say a prayer for you!
YUCK! :-(
I started eating about 30 grams of protein with my morning oatmeal and it eliminated the afternoon slump but I can't figure out this morning thing. It's like hitting a brick wall. My SIL says I should eat a second breakfast at around 9 a.m. I think maybe a banana, but not a meal. I keep trying to remember to eat something, but you know how that goes.
