I also get otc b12 tablets and let one dissolve under my tongue.
You might want to have your dr run a bloodpanel and make sure everything is okay.
Keep a bottle of sublingual B12 next to your bedside table. Before you get up use them. You want to find one that has folic acid included with the B12. Folic acid helps your body absorb B12. These tablets dissolve under your tongue. Do not eat, drink, brush your teeth or smoke for a half an hour before or after using them. You may have to go to a good health food store to find this combination.
D-Ribose may also be useful. This supplement provides energy as well. Some people have had good results with it. I use the brand made by Corvalen.
Sine you are new, I'd like to recommend that you purchase the book "Fibromyalgia for Dummies." Like all of the dummies series, it provides easy to understand information. It will give you a good overview of Fibromyalgia (FMS) and tools to manage it. You can find it on Amazon.
I hope that my comments are helpful to you. Take care.
I tried a lot of supplements and my MD did blood tests to check my vitamin D and B-12 levels when she was ruling out Lupus for me. All my nutrient levels came back within the average to high average range.
I had expected the CBD oil to help with pain but I didn't know it would also help with the fatigue. I take it in the morning and again about 3 PM to last through the afternoon and evening. It's really changed things for me.
Of course nothing compares to getting a good night's sleep. Not just sleeping, but getting enough sleep, makes a huge difference.
