If you get the niacin flush, be careful when deciding on the complex B. It took me some hits and misses before i found one that didn't make me all red and hot. CoQ10 I found for 11$ at CVS. It's a little expensive but it's also a really powerful antioxidant and great for your heart.
I still get tired pretty quickly but it wasn't as bad as it was before I added these two supplements. some people here say vitamin D helps them feel less tired, but I have not had that experience. I've found doing a cardio work out every morning helps me stay awake though not always... sometimes it makes me more tired!
Good luck to you. I hope you find something so you can enjoy being around your wonderful children
I am doing well these days and here are some of my everyday stuff that I do for energy. I take a B-12 sublingual first thing in the morning, a B-Complex vitamin during the day along with a number of other supplements. I drink green tea with ginseng as that gives energy along with lots of water. I try to get a bit of exercise every day, even if it just moving around alot. My doc prescribed me with adderrall which helps alot. When I really need to get something done important, I take 5 Hour Energy.
I do stay away from sugar and most caffeine with the exception of green tea as that can make the fatigue worse in the long run. I eat a high protein and low carb diet.
Hugs and best wishes to you. You have a young family that needs you and you them.

I don't know if it is a good idea to take Vit D supplements unless you are low on Vit D... it can be a toxic vit. Natural sun rays are the most natural way to get the vit D you need is said 15-20 minutes a day with unprotected sun exposure is enough and if remember correctly between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 pm were recommended ..if your D levels are low or have problems with malabsorption issues you may need the supplements to get you to normal levels but think I would let the doc. decide how much or how long.
I really think everyone should have their Vit D checked. Allot of us had deficiency in this one. But again this did not help my fatigue or give me more energy but it is very important to have a normal Vit D level. I would talk to your doc about it if you have not been checked yet.
Most of us have lots of problems with getting good quality sleep. For me I think that is why I always feel tired and contributes to the fibro foggys and maybe makes pain harder to manage but really don't know at this point. Some people have sleep apnea so that might be something you could ask your doc. to check.
Allot of people have said they get more energy with D-Ribose but I have not been able to try it yet myself due to affordability.
I had 6 children my youngest is 32 now but know I had allot of energy back in those days and had no problem with sleep that I can remember. I can not imagine having FM and trying to care of little children anymore. My heart goes out to all of you raising children and having to deal with FM as well.
I wish I could be more help on this topic but have not found anything at this point that helps with the fatigue problems. I tried taking sleep meds but the pain wakes me up even with the sleep meds. so stopped taking them.
I hope you will find something amongst all the ideas that will help you with this and you feel better soon.
