I haven't been here since the new layout. I don't like it as well. I just need to vent. I am really struggling emotionally which is new to me because I am usually a pretty positive person. I am feeling moments where I am very angry at everybody and want to cry. Have gained a new random symptom that is exhausting. A sharp nerve pain in the head and tension headache that tends to come in random short waves. I was dumped off onto a new doctor whom I don't like. We are having family problems with my father in law. 85 and stubborn! Refuses to give up driving! We even turned him in but nothing has been done. Opps family is awake...I have to get moving hugs to all and thanks for listening.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

It's okay to be angry and want to cry. It's not about being "negative". It's about having human emotions, and needing a good outlet before you *pop*. Everyone loses it now and then, an d it's healthy. I don't blame you a bit. We're here, okay? Rant, rave, rage, whatever.
You need to cry and vent and get it all out. This is scary, stressful stuff. We are around if you need someone to listen. Take care.
