Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

I'd suggest you alternate ice with warmth, and make a journal of your headaches' severity, frequency, and what you were doing when they began. SOmetimes the clues lie in those patterns. :-)
Hope that helped, and healing puma power to you!
Glad you're going to see a neurologist. I went to see one who ordered an MRI for me and nothing showed up on the MRI which was good. I felt relieved that there wasn't something pathological on the MRI.
Yesterday , I went to my chiropractor who I haven't seen in awhile. After my adjustment my headache wasn't as severe and my dizzyness was better. Could be coincidence but I'll take it.
I'll be praying for you and look forward to an update on your appointment.
For today, hope you have a less painful, calm day. Warm hugs and love. xo
