sorry i haven't been around much at all. i was pretty sick for about 2 weeks or so with horrible migraines and then another kidney infection. but i followed up with my doc again and i'm waiting to get sent to yet another neurologist. i saw 3 last year and i hate them! i sure hope this one has got some good sense and knows what she / he is doing. cuz i tell you what, if i have to put up with another dumb ass ignorant neurologist, i'm gonna flip!!
anyway, i thought i'd check in here and let you know that i'm doing much better, the migraines have ceased for now and i'm pretty sure the kidney infection is gone too. i'm gonna go around and see what's all on the boards now. if anyone new is reading this, welcome and hope you get good support, i know i do. and for everyone else here on DS, i love you all and thank you for everything! you rock!!

WOW - either of those would be enough to cope with - BOTH must be miserable. I'm sorry you had to deal with that, but glad you're getting better!

Glad your back, sorry about the migraines, I know first hand how bad they can be. Good luck with that neurology appointment.

thank you for all your support! you all rock! and about the support group thing, i wrote an update in my journal a few days ago, on Sunday i think. but basically the 2nd one was better and a radio host guy wants to help us air our group to get the word out. that about sums it up. so i'm very excited about it and can't wait to see what happens next!
