Hi everyone!
As some of you know, I started my own FM support group here in Hawaii and our 1st meeting is scheduled to take place 17th this month at 1 pm at the Oahu Veterans Center!! i'm so happy!!
Of course all this is happening because all of you wonderful people here on DS have been so supportive, it inspired me to start this group! So thanks all of you!
Now what I need is a name for the group, so I'd like to hear what your opinions are... what's your ideas? what should I name it? :)

How about "Fibro-Pukaua" meaning "Fibro-Fighter"?
The biggest part of our 96-person membership are 40+ professional women, and I didn't think that demographic (which includes me) would seek membership in a group that didn't sound as professional and sharp as they are. I also didn't think our two men would show up for anything "cute" no matter how much I liked it :)
I really would have liked to call it something cute and friendly, but my take on the conservative community where I live drove me to stick with "just the facts" as they used to say on Dragnet.
I wish I could be more help - but I had to go with what I thought would work here. Where you are you may be supporting an entirely different demographic. I look forward to seeing the suggestions - I might even change my mind and rename my group - but I doubt it.
