I don't understand. It says "we understand you're in pain, however you canstill do simple tasks. " really? Because simple tasks can pay the rent, food, gas, electric, health insurance, car insurance and a phone? And nowhere on the sheet it says fibromyalgia! It only says my kidney problems, PTSD, anxiety, depression, BUT none of these , says the lab tests, prevents me from working. Are you kidding me?! I can't take this country!!!!!!

I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments.My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
I agree - get an attorney and keep going. Most people don't get approved until they get a hearing.
This is the stage where you need to find an attorney. Don't worry you won't have to pay anything. Most disability attorney take their pay out of any backpay that you might get. In fact most of the attorney's I spoke with wouldn't even take a case until you have been denied twice.
The system is really backed up so you are in for another long wait. I'm not sure how long it is in your state but my wait was approx 8 more months for a hearing so get your paperwork for that in right away without delay.
I know the wait is hard but you have to find a way to hang in there
One lady told me to just act crazy. and i would get it.. I thought. "Are you kidding me?"..... I am going for what i have.. geez..
Do not give up.. keep trying.. :)
You can appeal 4times.
However, you should know that as long as SS thinks that you can do some sort of work, no matter how small, they will deny you.
This,is why you need an attorney, so that your appeal is worded properly
The process of disability assessment is a measure of the valid medical evidence that numbers can be applied to. Where a combination of medical conditions allows you to perform tasks to be gainfully employed, it becomes even more significant to have the medical evidence display the impact on normal daily living activities.
With depression, anxiety, PTSD, it becomes significant to have the evaluation be considered as part of the medical evidence for the assessment to describe specifically what the impact of "pain" displays.
I got an attorney, and his pay came out of the settlement after the hearing, and the review.
