It just sounds awesome!
I wanted to say I hope you have an amazing time and that everything goes well for you.
I would check into getting an electric throw you can plug into the cigarette lighter. I think the heat would be helpful when needed as your traveling.
Heat increases circulation, which is great when stiff, but if like me, your problem includes burning and nerve pain from pressure on the back nerves, you might alternate with ice packs on the back . Decreases inflammation
Then, how about a memory foam pillow to sit on? What gets me is pressure on the back, compresses vertebra. Air cushion? At work I sit on an exercise ball.
The trip sounds wonderful and very exciting. Enjoy
Have a great time. It sounds like an amazing trip!
We have had a thoe for awhile and then traded it for a truck they are the best very comfortable, if you can when you rent one get it with heated seatsand a heated back also usually the seats recline into almost a bed. you will be able to rest make sure to take extra pillows and water in a cooler. Always pack toilwet paper because some rest stops do not have any, did you get a rest stop book they are free from CAA and travel places. Just make sure you have extra meds , make sure to take gravel and benadryl they are great for out of control pain to relax you, they also work for grumpy kids and animals. Our vet suggested we give our dogs a benadryl before we travel to stop anxiety. Oh make sure you take ear plugs and music for your kids either music devices, now this will sound old walkmans, disc mans or I gues Mp3"s now. I still like my discman. .But ear plugs are amust they drown out noise and snorring. good luck I envey you we had to cancel our trip as my husbands company is laying off and firing staff, changing up staff from India are arriving weekly taking over from canadians and americans. The general manager who comes from USA just sold his house to buy in Canada got fired. I feel bad for them. I don't know what they will do my husband has only been there for 8months as a plant manager so he is very nervous. He things that they are changing all the people to staff from India just doesnot seem fair to take jobs away but that's the way of the world. Good luck enjoy yourself . Keep a journal of what you do and what happens when your drivng years later it is fun to read old travel journals when your kids have grown up and are married. isabee
